It's a Match

On this day five years ago, we received our adoption referral. We were sent the very first glimpse of our daughter, all we had to do was say yes. I remember Karl and I quickly scanning her files and sending a quick response of YES.

In five shorts years, she has had 2 cleft repair surgeries, 2 dental repair surgeries, and 1 upcoming dental surgery in a few months, and she has finished speech therapy. She now has a perfect southern accent. She loves Jesus, people, art, learning, going to church and snagging my phone to make videos.
